GoodCents has a 32-year track record of helping some of the largest utilities in North America devise and implement new programs. GoodCents understands how regulatory bodies impact your strategies and day-to-day operations; how customer needs can often be at odds with federal energy regulations; and how important customer satisfaction is to your success.

Today, GoodCents employs nearly 500 marketing, customer service, and utility professionals who manage all of our demand-side management programs.
